Still No word...

We have not heard anything from Richard since he left. He called and gave the address and then hung up. We are not sure when we will hear anything from him but when we do we will let you all know. I have Richard's address if anyone would like it. Just email me at: rssdanelz@yahoo.com

The Start of Boot Camp

Richard left on Monday, November 19th, to go to San Jose to the M.E.P.S. facility there. He stayed there over night and then weighed in the next morning. He weighed in at 171lbs, which is 4lbs under the maximum weight to qualify and 71lbs less than he weighed about 6 months ago! After weighing in he when to the airport and got on a plane to travel to Dallas, Texas. There he had a layover and then traveled to San Antonio, Texas. After that, I am not sure what has happened. I have not heard from him since he called from the airport in Dallas.

The hardest part of Richard being away is Steven. He misses his daddy and does not understand what is going on. He walks around calling out for his daddy. "Dada, dada?" It breaks my heart to not be able to make him understand. I show him his daddy's picture every day and most times he even gives daddy's picture a big wet kiss. Over all though, Steven is doing very well. He is acting normal, except for looking for daddy around the house on occasion.

The picture in the left corner was taken a few weeks ago when we went to the pumpkin patch. Steven loves his daddy. They had so much fun picking out pumpkins for the family.
